Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which KCP Homebuyers is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and KCP Homebuyers with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
